Considering a Divorce

Do I Need a Reason To Divorce?
Yes, the reasons which you can use include:
  • Unreasonable behaviour of your spouse (supported by some examples): for example, your spouse neglects in communicating with you;
  • Separation for 3 years with consent of both parties to file for divorce (you can live under the same roof but living in separate bedrooms)
  • Separation for 4 years (you can live under the same roof but in different bedrooms)
  • Adultery
  • Desertion (your spouse remains uncontactable for 2 years and more)
